• ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ของทางบริษัทที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อหลักของบริษัทฯ เช่น การโทร แชทออนไลน์ อีเมล
• บันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อของลูกค้า และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับในระบบการทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
• รับแจ้งและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของลูกค้าที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการต่างๆ ของบริษัท พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ติดตามพร้อมแจ้งผลการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและบริการให้ลูกค้าทราบ
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

1. วุฒิปวส./ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
2. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-2 ปี ด้าน Call Center หรือ งานบริการลูกค้ามาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
3. รักงานบริการและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
4. สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะหมุนเวียนกันหยุดได้
5. มีทักษะใช้ Computer (MS office) ได้
6. ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์
