Responsibilities
รายละเอียดงาน: ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับทีมขาย และทีมเทคนิค สนับสนุนทีมขาย วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า ออกแบบโซลูชัน และนำเสนอเทคโนโลยีของบริษัท
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า ออกแบบโซลูชัน และนำเสนอเทคโนโลยีของบริษัท
- จัดเตรียมระบบ อุปกรณ์ หรือซอฟต์แวร์จำลองสำหรับนำไปเสนอลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารข้อเสนอโครงการ เอกสารทางเทคนิค
- ปฏิบัติงานตาม Solution และแนวทางที่กำหนด ภายใต้การดูแลของทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือผู้มีประสบการณ์ 0–2 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ API หรือการเชื่อมต่อระบบ เช่น RESTful API, JSON และ HTTP Methods
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ (Windows/Linux) หรือระบบเครือข่าย (Network)
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
- สามารถเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ได้ โดยมีทีมงานคอยให้คำแนะนำและสนับสนุน และมีเครื่องมือรวมถึงเอกสารคู่มือที่ช่วยในการเรียนรู้และปฏิบัติงาน
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถบริหารจัดการเวลาได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และสื่อสารกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างเหมาะสม
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) :
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน API Testing Tools เช่น Postman หรือ Swagger
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน API Development, System Integration หรือ Microservices
- มีความรู้หรือเคยใช้งาน API Gateway หรือ API Management Platform
