Responsibilities
- Sell the company's products and services to both existing and new customers.
- Prepare customer information for the purpose of selling the company's products and services.
- Prepare materials for selling products and services, such as quotations and sales contracts.
- Coordination of goods delivery with relevant parties is required to ensure that customers receive their products on time.
- Follow up on payment requests from customers.
- Taking care of customer service throughout the sale and follow up after the sale
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Create customer satisfaction, such as helping customers identify problems and help find solutions for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Computer or Other related fields
- At least 1-year experience in sales
- Knowledge of sales/knowledge of products/computer equipment
- Skilled in negotiating/presenting sales/using computer programs.
- Service-minded/Good personality/Good interpersonal skills
- Able to travel to work upcountry
- Able to drive, have own car and have a driving license
