Responsibilities
- Pre-sales Solution Design: เข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อสำรวจคลังสินค้า (Site Survey) และวิเคราะห์ความต้องการเพื่อออกแบบ Workflow การทำงานที่เหมาะสมด้วยระบบ WMS
- Product Demonstration: นำเสนอและสาธิตการใช้งานระบบ WMS ให้ลูกค้าเห็นภาพการแก้ไขปัญหา (เช่น การจัดการ Stock, Picking, Packing และ Receiving)
- Gap Analysis: วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่าง Standard Function ของระบบ กับความต้องการเฉพาะของลูกค้า เพื่อประสานงานกับทีม Develop
- ROI Calculation: คำนวณความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุน (Return on Investment) ให้ลูกค้าเห็นภาพผลประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับหลังติดตั้งระบบ

Implementation Support: สนับสนุนทีมติดตั้งในช่วงเริ่มต้น (Go-live) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการเปลี่ยนผ่านระบบเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นRelationship Management: เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า และรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในระยะยาว

Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขา วิศวกรรมโลจิสติกส์, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (IE) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน WMS (Warehouse Management System) ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้ใช้งาน (User), ผู้ติดตั้ง (Implementer) หรือฝ่ายขาย (Sales)
3. เข้าใจกระบวนการทำงานในคลังสินค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control, Cross-docking)
4. มีทักษะการนำเสนอ (Presentation Skill) ที่สามารถเปลี่ยนเรื่องเทคนิคยากๆ ให้เข้าใจง่าย
5. มีความมั่นใจในการเข้าพบลูกค้า มีใจรักงานบริการและงานขาย (Service Mind & Sales Oriented)
6. หากมีความรู้ด้าน Hardware ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Handheld Scanner, Label Printer, RFID) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
7. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่ (สำหรับเดินทางไปพบลูกค้า)
