Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records within HR systems and physical files.
  • Prepare various HR documents, including employee letters, certificates, disciplinary documents, and other related paperwork.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and proper maintenance of all employee documents.
  • Generate HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as assigned.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding manpower requirements, replacements, and employee status updates.
  • Maintain daily manpower reports, including attendance, resignation, and replacement status.
  • Verify agency employee documents and related records.
  • Support the preparation for new employee onboarding.
  • Verify attendance records, overtime, leave, and shift information prior to payroll processing.
  • Prepare payroll-related documents and coordinate with the HR Supervisor.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including social security, insurance, and welfare records.
  • Support employee welfare activities and provide on-site HR services.
  • Coordinate the provision of uniforms, safety shoes, and employee facilities.
  • Assist with canteen, housekeeping, and other employee service activities.
  • Support Employee Relations activities and internal employee communication.
  • Assist with HR audits and maintain required HR documentation.
  • Ensure all HR processes adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Humanities, Law, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and industrial relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and email applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
  • A goal-oriented and results-driven team player.
  • Service-minded with strong interpersonal skills.
