Responsibilities
- Perform accounting functions in compliance with Linfox standards and policies.
- Accurately record all financial transactions in the SAP system.
- Ensure timely and proper filing of all relevant documents.
- Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of all accounting documents.
- Source and contact suppliers to request quotations for equipment, stationery, assets, and other items, ensuring alignment with the operational budget.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) and manage the receipt.
- Verify pallet transactions and report physical count results.
- Prepare and issue invoices to subcontractors e.g. claims for damages & losses, dry ice charges and track payment status.
- Coordinate with Linfox Head Office to support administrative processes.
- Collaborate with other operational departments to ensure efficient service delivery to customers.
- Provide full support to supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with administrative process improvement projects or cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, administration, or logistics support.
- Proficiency in using SAP systems is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday (6 days/week) as per operational requirements.
