Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA strategies to maintain and continuously improve product quality
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to your team
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal quality policies
- Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex quality challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven leadership abilities
- Proficiency in QA software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
