Responsibilities

            Alucon Public Company Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Section Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts and customer relationships within the company's operations in Samut Prakan, Samut Prakan.Reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
• Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Customer Management & Communication – Maintain relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide support to customers.
• Negotiation – Discuss and negotiate terms, agreements, and project details with customers.
• Presentation of Work – Prepare and present projects, products, or services to clients.
• Generating new sales leads and opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Preparing sales proposals, quotations and other customer-facing documents
• Providing support to the sales team, including training and mentoring junior sales staff
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business possibilities
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales

• Good English communication

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Understand quality system & Experience in Manufacturing is a plus

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to manage relationships well

• Patient, hardworking, and dedicated

• Honest and trustworthy
