Senior Vendor Scheduler/ Senior Procurement Officer - Safran Cabin Lamphun Ltd.

• Supports department and cross functional to achieve company Goal
• Procure materials per MRP, review inventory, material, consumables & user requirement to process with new orders
• Ensure that the material availability for the production plan
• Leading daily monitor, communication with suppliers to get material on time and problems solving
• Contribute to determine and ensure consistency of supply parameters with stock targets and industrial strategy
• Manage inventory for specific components at suppliers or sub-contractors premises
• Manage actions plan for implementation and follow up of Vendor Management Inventory
• Leading and coordinate the construction and execution of action plan to reduce material lead time and other Purchasing key factors
• To be leader to support of problems solving
• Escalation for the critical items
• Escalation the purchase master data and feedback to Sourcing to maintain the system to accurate with the actual.
• Attends team to recognize company the new projects
• Responsible for ERP Key user
• Support Sourcing Team as needed to fulfil Tactical Sourcing Requirements
• Support & drive continuous improvements of department processes
• Follow strictly the company requirement (Safety, 5S+1, HR, Lean, AS9100)

• Completed education of not below Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in Supply chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Logistic)
• Software skills, ERP, MRP, MS office especially excel (Pivot Table, Charts,...)
• Be capable of communicating with an English speaking
• Be familiar with the content of suppliers' contracts Skills
• Good communication skills (clearly and concisely)
• Good in negotiation skill
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability of Problem-solving and Decision-making
• Analytical thinking and planning
• Ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks
• Leading teamwork and cross-functional work experience
• Be able to identify the right person to speak to
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and at the right level
• 5S+1 experience is strong required
• Lean manufacturing experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge in AS9001/ISO9001/ISO14000 will be an advantage

The Group operates in Thailand through the Safran Cabin site located in Lamphun, Northern Thailand. The manufacturing site specializes in electrical inserts such as espresso makers, microwave, convection and combi ovens, chillers and trash compactors.In addition, the Lamphun site is a preferred metal manufacturing location for Safran‘s other businesses. The facility delivers full turnkey processed metal and plastics for its internal customers, and is AS9100 certified.
