Warehouse Staff - Safran Cabin Lamphun Ltd.

Job Description

• Manage and monitor daily warehouse activities, including cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits, and verify results.
• Actively participate in meetings and serve as a focal point to help resolve warehouse and supply chain issues.
• Support the team to complete accurate inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Ensure effective location management in both physical storage and ERP/WMS records.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations and maintain close coordination and communication with the team.
• Coordinate efficient warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, issuing, staging, dispatch as applicable).
• Develop and maintain work instructions for warehouse tasks.
• Support the team to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, with a primary focus on cost control and operational performance.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and surrounding work areas for the warehouse 5S+1
• Control warehouse access and ensure only authorized personnel can enter.
• Ensure the warehouse team follows and implements safety rules and requirements
• Run daily warehouse activities to support production priorities (receiving, put-away, storage, picking/issuing, staging, dispatch as applicable)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in inventory control and warehousing.
• Knowledge of planning processes, MRP II.
• Understanding of production processes and production scheduling.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure; proactive mindset required.
• Advantage: Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and ISO 9001/14001

The manufacturing site specializes in electrical inserts such as espresso makers, microwave, convection and combi ovens, chillers and trash compactors.In addition, the Lamphun site is a preferred metal manufacturing location for Safran‘s other businesses. The facility delivers full turnkey processed metal and plastics for its internal customers, and is AS9100 certified.
