Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machining processes to support new product industrialization and manufacturing readiness.
- Lead First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and prepare inspection documentation in accordance with customer and quality requirements.
- Maintain engineering documentation, including process instructions, routings, tooling information, and related technical records.
- Investigate machining and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support tooling, fixture, and equipment validation while working closely with Quality, Production, CAM, Tooling, and Project Engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process stability, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

The Group operates in Thailand through the Safran Cabin site located in Lamphun, Northern Thailand. The manufacturing site specializes in electrical inserts such as espresso makers, microwave, convection and combi ovens, chillers and trash compactors.
In addition, the Lamphun site is a preferred metal manufacturing location for Safran‘s other businesses. The facility delivers full turnkey processed metal and plastics for its internal customers, and is AS9100 certified.
