Assistant Manager Interior Design - Western Decor Corporation PCL.

Review work schedules and plan workflow timelines and procedures for the design team.

Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external parties on behalf of the design team.

Supervise, review, and ensure the quality of the design team's work.

Manage and control construction budgets.

Develop comprehensive construction plans and schedules.

Conduct site surveys to ensure field conditions align accurately with construction drawings.

Coordinate and consolidate requirements across all relevant departments to ensure precise design briefs for showroom design and renovations.

Maintain and update showrooms according to company standards, ensuring products are regularly refreshed.

Assist in selecting new products and provide aesthetic input to the import team to drive market development and boost sales for retail and project clients.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design and interior construction site management.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SketchUp or 3D Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator for presentation rendering and design development.

• Strong ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings accurately.

• Solid knowledge of design materials and finishes.
