Responsibilities

  • Brand Standards & Audits: Inspect showrooms nationwide (Bangkok & Upcountry) to ensure clean, compliant, and up-to-date POSM, signage, pricing, and brand CI.
  • Audit & Issue Resolution: Conduct on-site audits, create photo reports, and coordinate with branch teams to fix all non-compliant marketing materials.
  • Local Marketing & Events: Plan and execute showroom activities (workshops, product launches, promotions) to boost foot traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Sales Support Tools: Develop and update sales enablement materials (catalogues, price sheets, sample boards, presentation decks) in coordination with graphic designers.
  • Omnichannel Alignment: Coordinate between Head of Marketing, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to align online campaigns with in-store communications.
  • Customer Experience: Drive end-to-end brand consistency and continuous improvement across all physical customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant experience, projects, or portfolios are welcome to apply.

  • Good understanding of social media platforms and online content creation.

  • Ability to develop content ideas, captions, and communication approaches suitable for different target audiences.

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to verify product information, pricing, promotions, and marketing materials accurately.

  • Able to prepare basic reports and analyze marketing performance.

  • Basic skills in photography, short-form video editing, Digital Marketing tools, or Online Advertising would be an advantage.

  • Creative, proactive, interested in marketing trends, and willing to learn new things.

  • Able to travel to showrooms in Bangkok and other provinces as required.

Job Summary

In this Marketing & Brands (Showroom) role, you will be instrumental in driving brand presence and marketing communications at our physical showrooms nationwide. You will be responsible for inspecting showrooms to ensure all POSM, signage, pricing, and brand CI are clean, compliant, and up-to-date. This includes conducting on-site audits, creating reports, and coordinating with branch teams to resolve any non-compliant marketing materials. Furthermore, you will plan and execute local showroom activities such as workshops, product launches, and promotions to boost foot traffic, leads, and sales. You will also develop and update essential sales enablement tools, align online campaigns with in-store communications by coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and continuously enhance the end-to-end customer experience across all physical brand touchpoints.
