• Design and calculate structural components for assigned projects.
• Control and oversee drawing work to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Participate in meetings and effectively present work.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4-9 years of professional experience in structural design. Experience with various types of high-rise buildings is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Positive attitude and a strong aptitude for continuous learning.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and effective collaboration within a team environment.
• Adaptability to small teams, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to maintain focus and concentration in a quiet, private work environment.
• Proficiency in English (listening and speaking) is a plus.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) is a plus.
