Compliance Manager - Tri Petch Isuzu Leasing Co., Ltd.

• Follow up and summarize new laws and regulations which are in supervision areas of governing regulators e.g. BOT, AMLO, OCPB, NCB, PDPC, Debt Collection Supervisory and Company compliance such as Code of conduct (“Compliance Law & Regulation”)

• Interpret, analyze impact of, summarize the new/updated Compliance Law & Regulation.
• Communicate the new/updated Compliance Law & Regulation.
• Issue common compliance policies as necessary in terms of Compliance Law & Regulation.
• Provide advice in terms of Compliance Law & Regulation.
• Oversee compliance risk of the Company, facilitate and perform check and balance.
• Oversee Compliance Law & Regulation training programs, including course planning and scheduling, developing training materials, delivering training to relevant staff, and reporting training outcomes to management.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit, or other related functions.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements governing financial institutions (e.g., BOT, AMLO, PDPA, OCPB, NCB, and related regulations is an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in the banking, financial services, leasing, or insurance industry is required.
