Risk Management Analyst - Tri Petch Isuzu Leasing Co., Ltd.

1. Credit Risk Management

• Develop, maintain, and enhance risk dashboards for portfolio monitoring.

• Monitor portfolio performance, including new acquisition profiles and customer payment behavior.

• Analyze credit criteria, lending conditions, and approval strategies.

• Support the operationalization and implementation of credit lending policies, approval guidelines, and Risk-Based Pricing (RBP) frameworks across target lending products.

• Identify bottlenecks in credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring processes to enhance speed and risk control.

2. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Establish, update, and maintain the corporate Risk Register.

• Conduct risk assessments and formulate actionable mitigation plans.

• Track and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and macroeconomic trends impacting the business.

• Support cross-functional ERM projects and strategic risk projects across business units.

1. Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in ERM, Credit Risk Management or Risk analytics with a deep understanding of Consumer Finance/Hire Purchase business.

3. Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, or SQL).

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

5. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
