Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing Out-of-Home (OOH) media team. You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, building strategic OOH media plans, and driving revenue growth. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the impact of OOH advertising.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the OOH media department by generating new business leads.
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients in the Out-of-Home media space.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives to create customized OOH media plans.
- Conduct market research and identify the most effective OOH placements for client campaigns.
- Present media proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns stay within financial parameters.
- Oversee the execution of OOH campaigns, working closely with media vendors and internal teams.
- Track campaign performance and report results to clients, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key industry partners (OOH vendors, data providers, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the OOH media landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or account management, with a focus on Out-of-Home media is a plus.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and exceed client expectations.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and media planning strategies.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
- Knowledge of OOH media formats, locations, and data analytics (a plus).
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for Out-of-Home media and its ability to capture consumer attention.
