Responsibilities
- Present and sell HR technology solutions across our full ecosystem to corporate (B2B) clients.
- Understand client recruitment and people challenges, then design effective proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, closing, and building long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- Proven track record in sales across any industry, demonstrating success in achieving targets, closing deals, and generating revenue
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and relationship maintenance
- Resilience and persistence in sales outreach and follow-up
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently demonstrate new technology and software, particularly AI-powered product suites
- Strong communication and consultative-selling skills, with the ability to understand client pain points and recommend appropriate solutions
