• Job Description:
  This position has 2 responsibilities that is Preventive Maintenance of Electrical system and support project installation.
  
  
           For Preventive Maintenance of Electrical system is analysis preventive Electrical maintenance tasks and takes predictive Electrical maintenance to system. To monitor and control all electrical maintenance tasks to ensure that are in track. This position will follow up the result of PM action and take action if required. The action maybe analysis, troubleshooting, consult, supervises, coaching and training maintenance teams who both work in day and shift.
  
  
           For supporting project installation responsibility is to supervise or support team to achieve project milestone both in term of budget and time frame.
  
  
  The addition for this position is Knowledge Management to site‘s staffs. It has to provide some technical data for them or any assignment.
  
  
  This position will supervise and manage regular technician and outsource contractors for turnkey work.
  
  
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for electrical systems and production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, automation, and control system issues.
  • Analyze machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support PLC, motor control, inverter, and instrumentation maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with Production and related departments to ensure machine availability and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor utility systems and support energy-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards, and company policies.
  • Participate in machine improvement and continuous improvement projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ year of experience in maintenance, electrical systems, automation, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motor control, PLC, and industrial equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting (Siemens, Nidec, ABB, etc.).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or electrical design software.
• Experience in preventive maintenance systems (PM/CMMS).
