Responsibilities
Job Purpose :
To support sales performance within department store channels by providing in-depth product knowledge to customers and in-store stafsf, as well as assisting store project teams during site visits. This role aims to increase customer conversation, strengthen product understanding, and drive overall sell-out performance.
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct regular store visits across assigned department store branches
• Provide detailed product information and consultation to customers
• Support and coach in-store staff to improve product knowledge and selling confidence
• Build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders
Project Support :
• Accompany department store project teams on site visits
• Provide technical product guidance in real project environments
• Assist in presenting suitable insulation solutions to customers
• Support store team in handling complex customer requirements and improving conversion
• Ensure proper product display and point of sale materials are in place
• Collect customer insights, feedback, and potential leads
• Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Support in-store promotional activities and event
Qualifications
• Good personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge in construction materials, home improvement, or technical products
• Ability to travel upcountry to visit stores and job sites (A company car is provided)
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Prior experience in sales, or construction-related field is a plus
