Otis is growing and we are recruiting a MOD Sales Specialist. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on sales of elevator and escalator MOD package, as well as identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of MOD products, equipment and services.
Responsibilities
- Sales of escalator and elevator MOD packages.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of Mod products, equipment, and services.
- Provides Mod package in technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establish new customer off portfolio by identifying potential customers and planning site survey and sales call schedule.
- Develop potential customer list and control MOD sales activities in Modernization to achieve sale turnover and agreed margin.
- Build and maintain a customer relationship with both off port and on port customers to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term relationship sale.
- Develop and control sale strategy for modernization to achieve Modernization sale target and plan number.
- Accountable for collecting the first payment, payment securities and final payment to ensure that projects are operated with minimum commercial risks.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed work with filed engineering team to complete hand over project.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant sale industry products.
- Minimum 5 years in elevator/escalator industry.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Good computer skills.
- Good at communication and human relations.
