Service Engineer - Otis Elevator Company (Thailand) Limited

• Perform daily field service operations, including 24-hour emergency breakdown support according to the maintenance plan.
• Oversee compliance with security requirements, including audits and remediation.
• Work with service technicians to maintain performance standards. Quality and Safety.
• Conduct on-site inspections Daily briefings and weekly service review meetings.
• Visiting customers and providing monthly service reports to support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Service Sales team on repair and billing tasks.
• Analyze problems and propose solutions to reduce equipment breakdowns.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in field service, especially in the elevators, escalators or related industries.
• Leadership Skills Strong coordination and problem-solving.
• Understand FPA, EH&S, and WWJSSS safety.
• Ability to use computers and digital tools for service work.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and can communicate clearly in English (written).
• Ability to communicate in English (speaking) will be an advantage.
