Responsibilities
เรากำลังมองหา System Analyst ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบสารสนเทศทางการแพทย์ เพื่อร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการพัฒนาและดูแลระบบสารสนเทศทางการแพทย์ คุณจะได้ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับทีมแพทย์ เจ้าหน้าที่อื่นๆทางการแพทย์ และฝ่าย IT เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถรองรับการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและได้มาตรฐานสากล
• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานจากแผนกรังสีวิทยาและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ศึกษาและออกแบบ Workflow ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล
• จัดทำเอกสาร Functional Specification, Use Case, และ Business Process Diagram
• ร่วมวางแผนและทดสอบระบบ (UAT, SIT) พร้อมจัดทำ Test Case
• ประสานงานกับทีมต่าง และ Vendor เพื่อแก้ไขหรือพัฒนาระบบ
• สนับสนุนและอบรมผู้ใช้งาน รวมถึงดูแลแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในระบบ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ System Analyst อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี (มีประสบการณ์กับ RIS/HIS/PACS จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบระบบ และเขียน Diagram
- สื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดีทั้งกับบุคลากรภายในและภายนอก
- หากมีทักษะ SQL หรือความรู้ด้าน Data Privacy (PDPA/HIPAA) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
