Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall financial performance of stores, with full accountability for P&L, sales growth, EBITDA delivery, shrinkage control, and manpower planning.
- Lead store teams to achieve operational excellence, ensuring consistent merchandising standards, accuracy in stock and inventory management, and effective execution of sales and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained store environment, including product safety, loss prevention processes, and ship-from-store operations.
- Ensure daily store operations are fully aligned with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Drive people excellence through leading, inspiring, motivating and developing teams, building succession and a high-performance culture.
- Drive a strong selling and customer service culture by coaching Store Managers to consistently cascade best practices to frontline teams.
- Analyze operational and sales performance, preparing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead or support operational projects including new store openings, off-site operations, relocations, and refits as required by business needs.
- Support leasing activities by identifying new retail opportunities, dealing & negotiating with landlords on rental deals, contract renewal, termination, relocation, term revision, etc.
- Prepare, manage, and ensure disciplined execution of operational budgets in line with business targets.
Qualifications
• Tertiary education in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with exposure to leasing management preferred.
• Proven experience as a Store-In-Charge or equivalent, with at least 3 years managing high-volume retail stores.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
