Responsibilities
- Support ISO & Safety Manager to drive and implement ISO system smoothly.
- Maintain fully compliance of MET as per ISO requirement and continuous certified.
- Prepare the ISO implementation for proposing to manager and higher management.
- Supervise document control system and ensure its compliances.
- Review and updated safety regulation relevant to ISO system and ensure compliance.
- Check and monitoring working operation of all department to ensure compliance of ISO 9001,ISO 14001and ISO 45001.
- Issue non-conformity report and follow up corrective/ preventive action to prevent impact to performance of ISO management system.
- Provide ISO management knowledge training for employees to ensure proper implementation and compliance.
- Provide consultation to all departments to ensure performance of ISO management system.
- Control company waste management program to ensure compliance to local regulation.
- Support all department to control suppliers/subcontractors to comply with ISO management.
- Prepare support document and procedure, work instruction.
- Other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Occupational, Health and Safety or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years experienced in handling a full set of administration with occupational health and safety department or related field.
- Experienced in document control system of ISO system (Quality, Safety & Environment)
- Good command of English (TOEIC score greater than 400 point will be advantage).
- Able to conduct safety training for employees
- Able to work independently and participate effectively across teams.
- Exempted through Military
- No criminal record.
