Responsibilities
- Monitor and Operator for M's BRIDGE system.
- Coordinate with notification from M's BRIDGE.
- Input the CBS's information into M's BRIDGE.
- Daily report and follow up the pending work.
- Conclusion of CBS for monthly statistics report.
- Handled inbound and outbound calls.
