Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to optimize Wire bond, Mold, and Laser Mark processes
- Test and evaluate new materials and manufacturing processes for new product introduction
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and work instructions
- Coordinate with production teams to transfer knowledge and train operators on new processes
- Support product qualification processes to meet customer and automotive industry standards
- Analyze production data to identify issues and improve manufacturing yield
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- 2-8 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the semiconductor industry
- Understanding of Wire bond, Mold, or Laser Mark processes is a plus
- Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) is a plus
