Building Facilities Maintenance Staff - UTAC Thai Limited

• Supervises technician and subordinate to completed task effectiveness and general relevant for plant buildings maintenance job.
• Planning and scheduling for works of building maintenance and general requisition.
• Forecast and review materials / equipment / spare part and request order to ensure continuously maintenance tasks of building maintenance.
• Supervise subordinate to follow up safety protocol and and service mind for service requisition, along with environment policies and procedures of company rules.
• Response for task of renovation or maintenance for building/structure of plant as assignment.
• Supervise subordinate to guidance and aligned to perform maintenance and inspection record as SOP.    
• Building construction task feasibility and define TOR and estimate budget include schedule of project completion.
• Control and monitoring construction and installation project as accordingly with safety and environmental policy.
• Gather review concerned information of building maintenance and summarize to weekly report to facility manager.
• The ability to handle unexpected challenges and work effectively under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• At least 3-7 years’ experience as Building maintenance Supervisor for the Semiconductor industry, understand and familiarize with maintenance requirements of cleanroom manufacturing conditions, such as cleanroom structure sandwich panel, conductive floors.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of construction philosophy and infrastructure maintenance, and comprehensive of building maintenance task and service.
• Familiar and practicable of computer and software skill, office 365, Excel, Word, Power point. (ability use of CAD Autodesk is advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret technical information as drawing , plan, blueprints, specifications.
• Good communication skill, service mind.
