Responsibilities
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Preparing and editing photographs and pictures for publishing in internet resources
- Maintaining and updating information on the organisation's website
- Follow-up and coordinate with related departments to solve customers' problem
- Providing help and advice to customers using organization's products and services
- Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to manage corporate image and identity, and improve public perception
- Manage special events such as sponsorship of outside events, or other activities which may support in order to gain public attention through the media without advertising derectly
- Draft speeches for company executives when having public events, and arrange interviews and other forms of contact for them
- Maintain effective working relationships with media representatives and government officials
- Manage communications budgets
Qualifications
• Female only
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Communications Arts or any related field.
• Familiar with media placement and media searching
• Familiar in promoting services through social networks
• Able to use Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft office
• At least 5 years’ experience in PR & Marketing, preferably with exposures in dynamic service industry, or Beauty-related fields
• Strong personality and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Experience in PR connection will be advantage
• Fluent in English
