Azbil (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading provider of automation and instrumentation solutions, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our Corporate Administration Division at the Head Office in Bangkok. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the HR operations of an international organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and people-centered automation.
Human Resources Officer, Corporate Administration Division (Head Office, Bangkok)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and process monthly payroll with accuracy and in compliance with Thai labor laws and company regulations
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation
- Coordinate visa and work permit applications for expatriate staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures
- Assist in handling employee relations, engagement activities, and internal communications
- Prepare HR-related documentation and regular reports as required
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in payroll, recruitment, and managing visa/work permits for foreign employees
• Solid understanding of Thai labor laws and employment regulations
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/payroll systems
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of discretion and ability to work independently
