HR Officer (Japanese Speaking) - Azbil (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Manage the application and renewal process for Visas and Work Permits for foreign employees
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies regarding Visa and Work Permit matters
• Support recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documents
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel data accurately
• Provide guidance and support to Japanese employees on company policies and benefits

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Visa/Work Permit processes
• Proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N3 or higher)
• Understanding of Thai labor law and related regulations
• Competence in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Meticulous and capable of managing a high volume of documentation
