Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize new pet food product formulations from bench scale to factory scale-up
- Conduct experiments related to protein processing and thermal processing for pet food products
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs (Process Optimization, Value Engineering)
- Troubleshoot technical issues arising in product quality and manufacturing processes
- Coordinate with production, marketing teams, and suppliers for new product launches
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports for R&D projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in food product R&D, with a focus on pet food
- Understanding of food processing, particularly protein processing and thermal processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical challenges
- Proficiency in both Thai and English communication
- Ability to work full-time at the factory in Songkhla province
- Experience in Value Engineering or Project Management is a plus.
