Responsibilities
- ดูแลและกำกับดูแลการติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และการใช้งานเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ
- ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติอย่างทันท่วงที
- ประสานงานกับผู้ผลิตเครื่องจักรจากจีน รวมถึงทีมงานภายใน ในการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
- จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค คู่มือการใช้งาน และรายงานการปฏิบัติงานทั้งภาษาไทยและจีน
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานในการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติอย่างถูกต้อง
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบอัตโนมัติเพื่อลดการหยุดชะงัก
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาและนำเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตด้วยระบบอัตโนมัติ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2-7 ปี ในการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา หรือซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในประเทศจีน หรือกับบริษัทผู้ผลิตเครื่องจักรจากจีน อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาจีนในระดับดีเยี่ยม ทั้งการฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน รวมถึงศัพท์เทคนิค ระดับ HSK 5-6
- ความเข้าใจในระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ PLC, HMI และระบบเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรม
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร บรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือการผลิต จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
