ผู้จัดการแผนกผลิตอาหาร (Production) ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ - Thai Union Group PCL

-วางแผนและบริหารทรัพยากรการผลิต ทั้งด้านบุคลากร วัตถุดิบ และเครื่องจักร เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต พร้อมติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานผลิตให้สามารถดำเนินงานได้ตามแผนงานและเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง และพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้วยแนวคิด TPM, Kaizen, QCC หรือเครื่องมือด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพอื่น ๆ
- ติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมจัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาเพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการผลิต

-ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอาหาร, เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร, วิศวกรรมอาหาร, ผลิตภัณฑ์ทางทะเล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือ ผู้มีประสบการณ์ ไม่เกิน 3 ปี
-มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าทำ กล้าแสดงออก และกล้าตัดสินใจ
-สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และระยะเวลาที่จำกัดได้
-สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี Computer (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
-มีความรู้ด้าน TPM, Kaizen, QCC, Lean Manufacturing หรือเครื่องมือปรับปรุงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-สามารถปฎิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ ทำงาน 6 วัน หรือทำงานเสาร์ได้
