เจ้าหน้าที่คุณภาพซัพพลายเชน (สัญญาจ้าง 3 ปี) มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการประสานงานกับทีมคุณภาพซัพพลายเชนเกี่ยวกับรีเควสที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่ง และเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับทีม ทั้งนี้ยังต้องร่วมมือกับผู้บรรจุและผู้จัดหาสินค้าในการตรวจสอบปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ และดูแลการจัดระเบียบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมคุณภาพ, คุณภาพของผู้จัดหา, การตรวจออดิท และการตรวจสอบภายใน พร้อมทั้งช่วยเตรียมและจัดระเบียบรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ เช่น ผลการตรวจสอบ, เอกสารการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด, และการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลและจัดระเบียบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมคุณภาพ, ประสิทธิภาพของผู้จัดหา, การออดิท และการตรวจสอบภายใน
• ช่วยเตรียมและจัดระเบียบรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ เช่น ผลการตรวจสอบ, เอกสารการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด, และการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
• ประสานงานกับทีมคุณภาพซัพพลายเชนเกี่ยวกับข้อเรียกร้องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่ง และเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับทีมภายใน
• ประสานงานกับผู้บรรจุและผู้จัดหาสินค้าในการตรวจสอบปัญหาคุณภาพ
• รายงานประจำเดือน
• ข้อมูลสรุปปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น

HT Supply Chain Solution (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for the Supply Chain Quality Officer (Contract 3 Year) for 16 positions. This position will be working at Prachinburi.

Supply Chain Quality Officer (Contract 3 Year) is responsible for Coordinate with the Supply Chain Quality team for logistics-related claims and prepare relevant documents for internal teams. Externally, collaborate with the packer and supplier to verify quality issues. Maintain and organize documentation related to quality control, supplier performance, audits, and inspections, while assisting in the preparation and organization of quality-related reports such as inspection results, compliance documents, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize documentation related to quality control, supplier performance, audits, and inspections. 
• Quality Reports: Assist in preparing and organizing quality-related reports, such as inspection results, compliance documents, and performance evaluations. 
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Quality team regarding logistics-related claims and prepare all relevant documents for internal team.
• Coordinate with the packer and supplier to verify the quality issue.
• Monthly report 
• Summary data Trouble issue 

คุณสมบัติ

• มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 0-2 ปี
• จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโลจิสติกส์/วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ/การเงินการบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถทำงานที่ปราจีนบุรีได้
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้

Qualifications

• Experience 0-2 work experience
• Major in Engineering, Logistics management, Business administration or related field
• Able to work at Prachinburi
• Good command in English
