Responsibilities
This position shall operate and coordinate among suppliers and customers to ensure that the new model importing and exporting automotive parts have met the cost and quality standards and systems as requirements since New Model Development until Mass Production launching. In addition, he/she will handle internal and external stakeholders, accommodate supply chain operation for trouble report and claim settlement. Having ability to do quick respond on the issues, recommend solutions based on experience, and create cost and quality documentation. Skills include quick problems solving, good organizing, communicating and Customer oriented attitude with audit experience. Knowledge of automotive specifications, standard and quality tools.
Responsibilities
- Responsible in all activities (Quality, Cost, Delivery operational and business development units) in direction of provided targets.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports belong to his/her responsibilities to supervisor.
- Work in cooperation with other units to reach the established performance targets.
- Responsible for ensuring that the products receiving meet quality standards required with ensuring the procedures.
- Responsible for identifying and raising quality issues and for speedily resolving them to ensure zero impact to the customer.
- Handle trouble report in new model event and trouble report occurring in mass production launching.
- Provide consultant to quality mass production team member and participate in critical quality issue of mass production.
- Participate quality audit activities along with the customers/suppliers.
- Follow up and create Quality Information management documents, such as, QAV documents, PQCT, 4M change, CRF, etc., as required.
- Set up quality criteria with customer and supplier based on drawing or specification before mass production.
- Establish quotation and cost structure to offer competitive price to meet customer target with ensuring company compliance procedure.
- Set up new model and gather concern points before start-up mass production.
- Control new model development schedule and delivery shipment to meet customer event. Make Sales forecast for budget management.
- Manage risk and monitor potential problems of customers and suppliers from start-up business, transfer to mass production team until end of model.
- Coordinate with internal/external customer, local/overseas supplier.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering Machine, Metallurgical and Materials, Electric, Electric-Electronical, Chemical industry or related field
- Experience in Automotive industry is preferable
- Able to read part drawings, general knowledge about parts functions in car/motorcycle would be advantage
- At least 2-3 Years of working experience
- Good command of English
- Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
- Able to work at Prachinburi
