Responsibilities
- ดูแล ติดตั้ง ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ แก้ไข และบำรุงรักษาระบบ Server System, Network & Infrastructure และ Security ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ระเบียบปฏิบัติ และแผนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและบรรลุเป้าหมาย รวมถึงศึกษาและประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีใหม่เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยของระบบ
- รับผิดชอบการสำรองและกู้คืนข้อมูลตามกำหนดการ เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถดำเนินงานต่อได้ในกรณีเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิด
- ดำเนินการเพิ่ม ระงับ หรือแก้ไขสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ และจัดฝึกอบรมเพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านความปลอดภัยของระบบให้กับผู้ใช้งาน
- ประสานงานกับผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อดำเนินการตามนโยบายและปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไปในด้าน Server System, Network & Infrastructure และ Security
- หากมีประกาศนียบัตร MCSA, CCNA, หรือ CompTIA Security จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
