Human Resource Development Officer - The Union Mosaic Industry Public Co., Ltd

• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with management and relevant departments.
• Plan, design, and implement Human Resource Development programs aligned with the organization’s strategies and business goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers and manage end-to-end training processes, including preparation, execution, follow-up, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Develop and implement training programs related to competency development, training roadmap, succession planning and individual development plan (IDP).
• Support and execute Organizational Development (OD) initiatives such as organizational structure improvement, culture development, and change management.
• Plan, design, and implement employee engagement strategies, activities, and programs to enhance employees’ engagement and commitment to the organization.
• Support and coordinate employee-related activities and programs such as CSR initiatives, New Year events and etc.
• Design, create, and manage HR communication materials and resources, such as internal communication content. 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or related fields.

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Training & Development, or related HR functions.

• Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of HRD tools and techniques, such as Competency Frameworks and Individual Development Plans (IDP).

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and AI-based tools.
