Production Manager - Crown Bevcan and Closures (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1. Production Planning: Plan, organize, and execute production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.

2. Resource Management: Determine, allocate, and manage manpower, raw materials, and equipment.

3. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor operational costs, manage the production budget, and identify opportunities to minimize waste.

4. Quality Assurance: Set and uphold strict quality control standards, ensuring final products meet company and regulatory requirements.

5. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate floor personnel, fostering an efficient and engaging work environment.

6. Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine equipment inspections and repairs to minimize downtime and avoid production bottlenecks.

7. Health & Safety: Enforce and maintain strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on the production floor.

8. Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 6S) to boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related sector-specific discipline.

2. Experience: Typically 5–8 years in manufacturing or operations, including several years in a supervisory or leadership role.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, production tracking systems, and Lean methodologies.

4. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and cross-departmental communication skills
