Responsibilities

1. To manager Production line department toward World class performance with appropriate tools.

2. Drive for low base manufacturing.

3. Continuous Develop work fore and train to and have skill to the requirement of the business.

4. To improve the working environment, 5S, Safety to World class performance.

5. Build team work and organize to response the business need.

6. Support and implement all the Quality system as of company policy.

7. Will direct activities to improve customer service, reduce scrap/spoilage, improve operating cost,

and ensure that new product designs are introduced through the resection areas.

Qualifications

1. Age preferably 35-45 years

2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or other relevant field

3. At least 5 years of experience in production of factory.

3. Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet

4. Enjoys learning new things in the production, operation, and factory.

5. Communicates well in English

6. Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

7. Possesses skills for development and improvement of production system.
