Factory Manager (Soy Milk ) - Sparsha Beauty & Slim Co.,Ltd

Oversee daily operations of food and cosmetic production lines.

Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.

Ensure strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and relevant FDA or ISO standards.

Manage and lead production teams, including supervisors, operators, and QA staff.

Implement and monitor quality control procedures

Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance departments.

Ensure optimal use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Kaizen).

Enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Prepare regular reports on production, productivity, and operational performance.

Lead audits and inspections by regulatory authorities or clients.

Manage factory budget, cost control, and procurement planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing management, preferably in food and/or cosmetics industries.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, beverages product compliance, and GMP standards.

Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with manufacturing systems and ERP software.

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-product environments.
