Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute sales strategy for Thailand and export markets
• Drive new business development across HORECA, industrial, QSR, and distributors
• Build and convert a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Develop and manage key accounts and strategic customer relationships
• Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, terms)
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
• Expand export business in Asia and Middle East through partners and direct clients
• Manage distributor networks and regional partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and supply chain to deliver solutions
• Ensure alignment on product specifications, lead times, and customer requirements
• Monitor performance (sales, margins, pipeline) and drive corrective actions
• Generate market insights to support strategy, innovation, and competitive positioning
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients, confectionery, or bakery
• Proven experience in HORECA, industrial clients, or food service channels
• Experience in export sales (Asia / Middle East) is a strong advantage
• Thai language required; Good command of English (technical and communication)
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
• Good understanding of food applications (bakery, pastry, chocolate, decorations)
• Ability to sell both standard products and customized solutions
• Strong negotiation and key account management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently (no team initially)
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a field sales + factory coordination role
• Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margins, and cost awareness
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools (Odoo is a plus)
• Willingness to travel in Thailand and overseas
