Chocolate Production Supervisor - Gallothai Co., Ltd.

• Supervise and control daily production operations to achieve production plans, quality standards, targets, and deadlines.
• Lead and manage production teams, assign daily job positions, monitor performance, and resolve staffing issues.
• Monitor product quality and production processes, and implement corrective actions when issues arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with Warehouse (WH), Planning, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Manage raw materials, finished goods, machinery, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and coordinate with the Maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including production output, quality, waste, and efficiency.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Plan production activities and resources on a weekly and monthly basis, and evaluate employee performance.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

·         Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Familiarity with food safety standards, hygiene.

·         Proficient in using computer programs (e.g., MS Office, ERP Systems).

·         Excellent communication skills for team coordination and reporting to management.

·         Ability to implement and oversee proper training and development for production staff.
