Assistant Sales Manager (Modern Trade) - Gallothai Co., Ltd.

• Manage and maintain relationships with Modern Trade customers and key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and achievement against targets for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure product availability.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, and track and analyze promotion results.
• Monitor planogram compliance, product displays, and in-store promotional visibility.
• Gather and analyze market, competitor, pricing, and market trend information to support sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and reporting systems, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth account operation

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales/account management experience in FMCG or retail.
• Knowledge of modern trade operations and key account processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
