หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการจัดทำต้นทุนค่าก่อสร้างตามวิธี Cost-to-Cost Method และติดตามควบคุมการบริหารโครงการ

• จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำเดือนและงบประมาณประจำปี

• ประสานงานและรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อจัดทำและทบทวนงบประมาณประจำปี

• จัดทำงบการเงินรายไตรมาสและปีให้ตรงตามมาตรฐานรายงานทางการเงินและนโยบายของบริษัท

• ดูแลการติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานและรับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขปัญหา

• รายงานประเด็นปัญหาที่มีนัยสำคัญที่ควรต้องทำการปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ

• ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภ.ง.ด.3 และ ภ.ง.ด.53

• บันทึกรายงาน Common Fund ตามโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• บันทึกบัญชีลงในโปรแกรม Quick Books และ บันทึก Undue VAT ลงบัญชีในโปรแกรม Quick Books

• สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชีบริหารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• อายุ 23-32 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี ด้านสาขาบัญชีและการเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานทำบัญชี ปิดบัญชี หรือประสบการณ์ผู้ช่วยผู้ตรวจบัญชีภายนอก (External Auditor) อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี QuickBooks และ MS-Office ได้คล่อง และใช้งาน MS-Excel ได้ในระดับดี
• มีความรู้ในด้านมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงินสำหรับกิจการที่มีส่วนได้เสียสาธารณะ (PAEs)
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลาที่จำกัดและมีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดี และวางแผนบริหารจัดการงานได้ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก (External Auditor) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษณสมบัติ
