1. จัดการอบรมทักษะขั้นสูงให้แก่พนักงานเย็บเพื่อให้ปฎิบัติขั้นตอนงานต่างๆได้ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
2. ฝึกอบรมโปรแกรมสำหรับพนักงานใหม่ภายในใต้คู่มือวิธีการฝึกสอนของAAMT
3. ติดตามการทำงานของพนักงานใหม่ที่ผ่านการฝึกจากAAMTและลงไลน์ผลิตตามความต้องการของProduction และร่วมประเมินศักยภาพร่วมกับหัวหน้างานProduction

1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
2. จบวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สาขาเทคโนโลยีสิ่งทอ, อุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอ เป็นต้น
3. มีประสบการณ์ตรงในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอมาไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี
4. สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ได้ (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์) และยินดีทำงานล่วงเวลา
5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี (Word, Excel และ PowerPoint)
6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เบื้องต้น (ใช้ในการอ่าน และเขียน)
