Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations
- Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch processes
- Prepare delivery documents and shipping records
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Manage warehouse staff and assign tasks
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in warehouse
- Investigate stock discrepancies, damages, or losses
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and sales departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience in warehouse or inventory operations
- Good computer skills (Excel, ERP/WMS systems)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
