Responsibilities
- ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้สมัครตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ
- ลงประกาศรับสมัครงานบนช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น เว็บไซต์หางาน และโซเชียลมีเดีย
- คัดกรองใบสมัครและนัดหมายผู้สมัครเพื่อสัมภาษณ์
- ดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้นและประสานงานกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายต่างๆ
- จัดทำฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครและรายงานสถานะการสรรหา
- ประสานงานการจัดกิจกรรมสรรหาบุคลากร เช่น งาน Job Fair
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาบุคลากร 2-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้สมัคร
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลาได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจเฉพาะทาง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
