Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการผลิตปัจจุบันเพื่อหาจุดที่สามารถปรับปรุงได้
- ออกแบบและนำเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตและลดต้นทุน
- ดำเนินการทดลองและทดสอบกระบวนการผลิตใหม่ หรือที่ได้รับการปรับปรุง
- จัดทำเอกสารและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน (SOP) สำหรับกระบวนการผลิตที่ได้รับการปรับปรุง
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานฝ่ายผลิตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อนำแผนปรับปรุงไปปฏิบัติจริง
- ติดตามและประเมินผลลัพธ์ของการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งวิศวกรกระบวนการผลิต 2-5 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในหลักการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตและเครื่องมือคุณภาพ เช่น Lean, Six Sigma
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมข้ามฝ่ายได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตเฉพาะทาง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
