Responsibilities
- วางแผนและประสานงานหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- จัดทำและพัฒนาสื่อการฝึกอบรม เช่น เอกสารประกอบการบรรยาย สไลด์ และแบบทดสอบ
- ดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมและเป็นวิทยากรในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประเมินผลและติดตามประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมเพื่อการปรับปรุง
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลและบันทึกประวัติการฝึกอบรมของพนักงาน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและวิทยากรภายนอกเพื่อสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การศึกษา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาบุคลากร 2-6 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการจัดทำสื่อการฝึกอบรมและนำเสนอได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
- ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการงานและประสานงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและโปรแกรมนำเสนอ เช่น Microsoft PowerPoint
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ระบบ App Script ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
